For GDPR purposes, MKT Mentor is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Contact form (only if you send it and tick consent): name, email, selected need/service, message text, and the time of submission.

Technical logs that the host may keep in the ordinary course of serving the site: IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, user-agent — for security and availability.

Language preference (English / Spanish) stored in your browser's local storage.

A local copy of submitted notes may also be kept in local storage on your device so the form can confirm receipt on this browser.

We do not ask for payment-card data on this site. We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, beliefs, and so on).

Why we process data (purposes and legal bases)

To answer a brief or message you sent — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) where you gave consent via the checkbox.

To keep the site secure and reduce spam (honeypot field and a short wait before send) — Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest.

To meet legal accounting or tax duties if a client engagement follows — Art. 6(1)(c).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your contact details for third-party advertising networks.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics pixels such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in its current version.

Strictly necessary technical behaviour may use the browser's local storage for language preference and, after you send the form, a local note of that submission.

You can clear local storage in your browser settings at any time.

How messages are handled today

The contact form requires consent before a message is accepted. It uses a honeypot field and a short wait to cut automated spam.

Until outbound email for this domain is fully wired on the server, submitted notes are stored in your browser's local storage rather than being emailed automatically. When server-side mail is enabled, messages will be delivered to the MKT Mentor inbox used for client enquiries.

Do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets in the form.

Recipients and transfers

Messages and related data are intended for ${SITE.founder} / the MKT Mentor practice.

The web host and, once mail is enabled, the mail provider act as processors on our instructions.

Hosting or mail infrastructure may involve processing outside Spain or the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses offered by the provider) together with HTTPS and access controls.

Retention

Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then up to twenty-four (24) months in a useful archive unless a client file, dispute, or legal duty requires longer.

Server technical logs: according to the host's ordinary retention (typically weeks to a few months).

Local-storage data: until you clear them or the browser purges them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing).

Write to info@mktmentor.com from the address used on the form. We may ask for proportionate identity checks.

You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.

Security and minors

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to info@mktmentor.com.

The site is aimed at professionals and adults. It is not designed to collect children's data in a targeted way.

Changes

This policy may change when our practices or the law change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Material changes (new analytics cookies, a new mail processor) will be reflected here before they take effect.
